Clos Saint Sozy has been working with groups of producers of the fattened of ducks for more than 40 years situated South West of France.

Clos Saint Sozy has over 150 producers and are in full control of all production steps from when the ducks are ducklings up to the finished product, with rigorous controls both in-house and externally – where they are certified and comply with official bodies.
